3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Placement and Confirmation
You may submit an order through the www.colourlabapparel.com website. By placing an order, you warrant that all personal data provided is accurate, complete, and current. An order confirmation email will be issued upon successful submission of the order.
3.2 Order Finality and Cancellation
• Amendments: Once an order is successfully placed, no changes or modifications (including adjustments to items, colors, or sizes) are permitted. You bear sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all selections before order submission.
• Payment Deadline: Orders will be automatically cancelled if full payment is not successfully processed and verified within 24 hours of order placement.
• Customer Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
4. Garment Fabric Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and condition of your purchased garments, strict adherence to the following care instructions is recommended:
• Use a gentle machine wash cycle.
• Hand wash using cold water, ensuring a thorough rinse and proper drying before hanging.
• We advise the use of a laundry bag or net to protect the garment during machine washing.
• Separate laundry into light and dark colors to prevent color bleeding or transfer.
• Always pre-rinse new items in cold water before first wear to mitigate color runs.
• Avoid washing denim or abrasive materials alongside delicate fabrics to prevent pilling.
• Iron only on linen, cotton, or silk settings.
• Do not soak garments for prolonged periods.
• Limit the use of excessive fabric softener, harsh detergents, and bleach.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Fees and Operating Schedule
The applicable shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Our official mailing days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and designated local public holidays.
5.2 Dispatch Policy
• Ready Stocks: Orders consisting exclusively of ready-stock items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days following payment verification.
• Combined Orders (Backorder & Ready Stocks): For orders that include both backorder items and ready stocks, the entire order will only be dispatched once all backorder item(s) have been received.
• A customer may request the ready-stock items be shipped separately, provided they agree to pay an additional shipping fee for the split shipment.
• All items are shipped based on the assigned order number. Consolidation or combining of separate orders is strictly prohibited.
