Exchange & Return Policy All products undergo strict quality control checks before being shipped. However, should you encounter an issue or simply wish for a different color or size, our 7-day Exchange Policy is available to you. Eligibility Our policy covers exchanges for two main reasons: Defective Items and Sizing/Color Exchange. 1. What is Considered a Product Defect: A product will be classified as defective if it falls under any of the following categories: • Wrong Item Received: The product delivered does not match the item ordered (e.g., incorrect design, size, or a major color difference like a white top ordered but a red top received). • Significant Stain: The product has a non-washable stain that is larger than 20mm in diameter. • Visible Damage: The product shows noticeable damage, or cuts that affect its use or design. 2. What is NOT Considered a Product Defect: The following conditions do not qualify as defects for an exchange: • Color Variation: Minor color differences from product photos (e.g., white vs off-white) due to screen settings or lighting. • Slight Design Variations: Minor differences in elements like print pattern, floral shape, bead size, etc. • Minor Imperfections: Small manufacturing flaws such as loose threads, slight crease marks, or differences measurement provided. • Self-Inflicted Damage: Any damage, or cut caused by the customer after received. • Subjective Opinions: Dissatisfaction based on personal preference regarding product quality, fit, or material. Exchange & Return Process If your ordered product(s) qualify for an exchange, please follow the process below: 1. Notification Timeline You must notify us of any issue, defect, or exchange request within 48 hours after your parcel has been successfully received. Please email us at colourlabmys@outlook.com with your Order Number and a clear description/photo of the issue, and we will get back to you with further instructions as soon as possible. 2. Return Shipment • Upon approval of your exchange request, the product(s) must be shipped back and received by us within 7 working days from the date of approval. • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 3. All exchange items- NOT accept walk in exchange. 4. Condition and Packaging The product must be returned to us in its original condition, original packaging, and in a resalable state. We cannot accept products that are: • Worn • Washed • Used • Altered 5. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on bras , inner, underwear, leggings , socks and cosmetics. 6. Out- Of -Stock If the desired size or item is out of stock, a direct exchange for the same product is not possible. You may exchange it for an item of equal or lower price, but no refunds or store credit will be issued for any remaining balance. 7. Shipping Recommendation We strongly recommend that all returned products be sent via a delivery service that includes tracking and appropriate insurance cover. The product will remain your responsibility until it is received and officially signed for by our team.
